Booking and Payment

When you make a booking through our website or our customer service representatives, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. A booking is confirmed only after we receive full payment or the required deposit, and you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us.

Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are quoted in the currency specified and may be subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy varies depending on the type of service booked and the terms set by our suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Generally:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are typically non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Some special fares and promotional offers may have stricter cancellation policies.

Refund processing may take 7-14 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates. JOSH Travels is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

We recommend checking the entry requirements for your destination well in advance of your travel date. Passport validity requirements vary by country, with many requiring at least six months' validity beyond your planned return date.

Changes to Bookings

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Some bookings may not be changeable due to restrictions imposed by suppliers.

JOSH Travels reserves the right to make minor adjustments to your itinerary if necessary. In case of significant changes, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or compensation as appropriate.

Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information and quality service, JOSH Travels is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions
  • Civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, or industrial action
  • Technical problems with transportation
  • Changes made by suppliers
  • Government actions or regulatory changes

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided by us.
